Meetlanka.com is a marriage and dating ads posting website strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit users from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that facilitates the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Our platform explicitly bans the following:

• The sharing, solicitation, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

• Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to initiate inappropriate or exploitative contact with minors.

• The sexualization of minors or any activity that violates Sri Lankan and international child protection laws.

3. In-App Reporting and User Feedback

You can do this by using the "Report" button available directly on user profiles and individual ads, or by contacting our safety team directly via our Contact Us page.

4. Enforcement and Legal Compliance

Our moderation team acts swiftly upon receiving reports of potential CSAE or CSAM. When we identify violating content, we take immediate action, which includes:

• The immediate removal of the offending content and the permanent ban of the responsible account from Meetlanka.com.

• Reporting confirmed cases to the relevant authorities, including the Sri Lanka Police Cyber Crimes Division and the National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) of Sri Lanka.
